How Talentient Advisory Private Limited handles personal data on this site and in connection with a purchase.

01Who Is Responsible

Talentient Advisory Private Limited, Mumbai, India, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to kailash@talentient.com.

02What Is Collected And Why

  • Purchases. Paddle collects the name, email, billing country and payment details needed to complete an order, as merchant of record under its own privacy policy. Talentient receives the name, email and order details, to deliver the files, provide support and keep tax records.
  • Email. Messages sent to Talentient are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to meet record-keeping obligations.
  • Newsletter. Where someone subscribes, their email address is used only to send the newsletter, and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Free tool. Where someone downloads the free tool, their email address is kept to send occasional updates about Trusted Talent Advisor. Anyone can ask to be removed at any time by emailing kailash@talentient.com.
  • Site analytics. Aggregate visit statistics are collected through the site's hosting provider, Framer, without advertising trackers.

03Cookies

The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Checkout pages run by Paddle may set cookies needed to complete a payment.

04Who Data Is Shared With

Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the site and the sale: Framer (hosting), Paddle (checkout and tax), Cloudflare (file delivery and the email list) and, where used, the newsletter provider. It is not sold.

05Your Rights

Anyone may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data Talentient holds about them, or withdraw consent to the newsletter, by emailing kailash@talentient.com. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for people in the UK and European Union, under the GDPR.

Material changes to this policy are shown here with a new date.
