01Who You Are Buying From

Trusted Talent Advisor is created and licensed by Talentient Advisory Private Limited, Mumbai, India ("Talentient"). Orders are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: it takes payment, charges and remits any sales tax or VAT, and issues the receipt.

Corporate invoices against a purchase order are issued by Talentient directly. Email kailash@talentient.com with the company details.

02What Is Supplied

The system is supplied as a digital download: seven components, 51 tools, The Talent Template Pack and The Prompt Library, as printable and fillable PDF files. The files are available to download from the order page shown after checkout, for thirty days from purchase. Each purchase also carries a named licence certificate on that page.

No physical goods are shipped. Updates to the files, where Talentient issues them, are made available to existing licence holders at no charge.

03Price And Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-off payments for a lifetime licence, with no renewal. The system moves to an annual subscription later, and licences bought before then stay lifetime. Payment is taken at checkout by card, PayPal or another method Paddle offers in the country of purchase, or by corporate invoice where agreed in advance.

04Licence

The purchase grants a licence to use the materials, not ownership of them. The scope of the licence for each tier is set out on the licence page, which forms part of these terms.

05Refunds

Refunds are handled under the refund policy.

06Copyright

All text, tools, canvases, templates, prompts and designs in Trusted Talent Advisor, and the content of this website, are the copyright of Talentient Advisory Private Limited. The research each tool draws on is attributed to its authors. Each file carries the copyright notice, which must not be removed.

07Use Of This Website

The articles, sample pages and other material on this website may be read, shared by link and quoted briefly with attribution. They may not be republished in full, sold, or used to train an AI model without written permission.

Talentient may update the site and these terms. The version shown here applies from the date it is published.

08Nature Of The Material

The system is a professional method and set of working tools. It does not constitute legal, financial, clinical or employment advice, and decisions made with it remain the responsibility of the organisation that makes them.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, Talentient's total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it. Talentient is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country of purchase.
